She rarely puts a foot wrong when it comes to her outfit choices.
But while Kate Beckinsale looked incredibly in a bottom-skimming minidress at the Warner Music Group Grammy Awards after-party on Sunday night, she perhaps should have rethought her shoe choice.
In fact, statuesque Kate's toes were so long that one of them ended up hanging over the front of her strappy black sandals - giving an unfortunate effect to her ensemble.
Luckily, Kate's tootsies were perfectly pedicured, so she didn't have to worry about embarrasing herself with an unkempt appearance.

Kate looked otherwise flawless for the event as she posed up on the black carpet with husband Len Wiseman.
Her strapless red and black floral dress highlighted her long legs and tiny waist, while the back of the ensemble barely covered her rear.
Kate completed her look by wearing her dip-dyed brunette hair in a high ponytail with a quiff at the front, and added some dainty silver drop earrings.
She previously said of her love of fashion: 'I do like clothes.
'I prefer to be on the Best Dressed list than any other list. But the truth is it's not my goal in life.'
And she added of her style icons: 'I'm a big fan of the old Hollywood stars - very classic looking. I loved the way Ava Gardner dressed, very poised and feminine.
'I played her in The Aviator and adored wearing her beautiful fitted dresses. She was very curvaceous. I envy those curves.'
Kate wasn't the only familiar face to make an appearance at the Warner after-party.
Chris Brown's on-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran made an appearance at the bash, looking stunning in a plunging black jumpsuit with cut-out panels to reveal her slim figure.
She wore her long hair straight and swept to the side, and opted for a dainty silver necklace and stud earrings to add some bling.
