Nicola McLean and footballer husband Tom Williams are a golden couple at New Look Ball

She's had a tough time after suffering a miscarriage, but Nicola McLean and her husband Tom Williams are slowly getting over their trauma, by putting on a united front at the New Look Winter Wishes Charity Ball.

The couple arrived in glamorous fashion with, Nicola wearing a white and gold halterneck dress, while her footballer spouse looked smart in a shiny black suit and tie.

Although they must still be heartbroken about the loss of what would have been their third, Nicola and Tom distracted themselves by a night out amongst a host of television faces.

The couple made it to Battersea Evolution for the event, despite the glamour model tweeting about the traffic on the way.

And upon arrival they would have bumped into Made In Chelsea cast members Louise Thompson and Ashley James.

Louise wore a white and black ink-spill, bodycon dress that hugged her every curve which she revealed after removing a long black dress coat on the red carpet. 

She carried her things in a pewter quilted handbag and pulled her brunette hair back into a bun, while Ashley went for a bold look in an aqua coloured floor-length gown.Josie Gibson proved that her new healthy lifestyle wasn't a shortlived thing, as she showed off her sleek figure in a plunging red dress with an even deeper split up the front of the skirt. 

The former Big Brother winner had gone to a lot of effort to create a glamorous red carpet look as she headed to maximum FX hair in a her hometown of Bristol to get her Hollywood waves.

Kingsland Road got over their sorrow of being booted out of the X Factor on Sunday, by arriving with big grins on their face, although they may have wanted to leave their 'east London style' for a more formal dress at the charity ball.

Zoe Hardman wore a black polka dot dress from Alice By Temperley, which Ellie Goulding wore just a few weeks ago.
