Peneople Cruz has opened up about motherhood, revealing that she will breastfeed her new daughter, Luna, until she is at least 13 months old.
The 39-year-old actress, who stars on the cover of Allure magazine's January issue, admitted that 'breastfeeding is addictive.'
'I was breastfeeding my son 13 months, and I plan to do the same with my daughter,' she said. 'It's hard when the day comes when you have to stop.'

The stunning brunette, who put her freckles front and center for the magazine cover, gave birth to her son Leo in 2011 with her Spanish actor husband Javier Bardem. The couple welcomed their daughter, Luna, in July this year.
Life as a new mother has been especially rich with her best friend, Salma Hayek, whom Ms Cruz  met on the audition circuit before they both rose to fame.

'So it was a way to call each other lazy. We slept in the same bed so many times and it was like she was always trying to wake me up and call me huevos.'
The Spanish actress, who stars in both the The Counselor and the upcoming Twice Born with Emile Hirsch, has also made headlines recently for her lingerie line, L'Agent by Agent Provocateur, which she created with her sister Monica.
Ms Cruz also directed a film for the line's campaign.

'I did the whole casting myself. Some of the girls are two. Some of the girls are 50. I made sure that we had a couple of plus-size models. It's like a celebration of all types of beauty.'
She credits her creative parents, and equally creative childhood, for her own creative success.
'In my house every Sunday, everybody was cleaning the house. There was always music, and everybody was dancing, sometimes naked around the house. Not hippie, but very free.'
