The poster girl for ageless skin! Beauty ambassador Andie MacDowell, 55, glows in emerald dress at L'Oreal Paris event

She's been a L'Oreal Paris beauty ambassador for years.
And it's clear how Andie MacDowell has steadily remained a face of the cosmetic company for 27 years.
Even at 55-years-old, the actress radiated as she attended the L'Oreal Paris' Women Of Worth 2013 at The Pierre Hotel in New York city on Tuesday.
Each year, ten women are honoured for their community service efforts, as women who selflessly devote time and energy to causes they're passionate about.
Life changers: The event 'celebrates everyday women who follow their true passion to make a difference in the world'

Was that just a coincidence? Lea's dress was very similar to that of Andie
Letting her natural beauty shine, the brunette star wore a neutral palette of make-up.
Meanwhile, Diane Keaton, who also promotes the line, showed her spunk in an all-black ensemble including a long-sleeved dress, leather gloves, sheer tights and patent leather platforms.
Topping it off, the Because I Said So star donned a brimmed grey hat.

So sweet! Lea Michele chose her mother as her Woman Of Worth
And Lea Michele, who also attended the event - and has certainly had a traumatic year with the passing of her late boyfriend Cory Monteith - chose her mother.
Seeming to coordinate with Andie, the 27-year-old Glee star donned a festive red dress also created from lacy and hitting below-the-knee.
But Lea's frock had Seventies-inspired bell sleeves and was adorned with sparkling beads.

To tribute these leading ladies, L'Oréal Paris makes a $10,000 donation to each of the honoree's causes of choice.
Plus, one Woman of Worth Honoree will be recognized as the 2013 Women of Worth National Honoree and receive an additional donation of $25,000 toward her cause of choice.
This year, Andie chose a woman by the name of Julie Shelby as her Woman Of Worth.

She's worth it! Andie MacDowell glowed in an emerald green dress as she attended L'Oreal Paris' Women of Worth 2013 at The Pierre Hotel in New York City on Tuesday

'I love being able to make the statement that beauty is not a number. There's not an age limit to it,' the Four Weddings And A Funeral star previously told Zap2it.
Proud to show her support, the brunette beauty proved she was 'worth it' by displaying her smooth skin and ravishing red lips as she posed for photographers.
Complementing her crimson pout, the Groundhog Day star opted to wear a glowing, lacy emerald green dress.
But she certainly didn't overdo her look, teaming the short-sleeved, knee-length number with a pair of simple black pumps.

Ageless: The actress previously said she 'loves being able to make the statement that beauty is not a number'
L'Oréal Paris launched the Women of Worth program in 2006 to 'celebrate everyday women who follow their true passion to make a difference in the world,' according to the event's site.
And the beauty brand supports these women by raising awareness and funds for their causes.
