She was at one of the most stylish studios in Manhattan.
But rather than dressing up for the occasion, Rihanna opted to wear one of her sportiest looks yet.
Instead of donning her typical decked-out apparel and sky-high heels, the 25-year-old looked casual in a pair of grey leggings and matching New Balance sneakers as she left Milk Studios in New York City on Friday.

The Diamonds songstress teamed her trousers with an Opening Ceremony T-shirt and beanie that were gifted to her as early Christmas presents a few days prior.
Bundling up for the almost winter weather, the Grammy-winner layered on a long black peacoat.
But Rihanna did show her funky urban flair with a furry green scarf and gold chain necklace, as well as a Tupac iPhone case and multiple bold rings.
Showing her sweet side, Rihanna was all smiles as she left the building in Manhattan's Meatpacking District.
And though it was sure to be a long day, the Barbadian bombshell still looked gorgeous, displaying her natural beauty by wearing minimal make-up.
It's been a great week for the entertainer, as it was just announced that she broke the record for the most number one pop songs in the Billboard chart, thanks to her 13th hit with The Monster.
The Bajan beauty achieved the feat after her single with Eminem went straight to the top of the Billboard charts in the US.
The singer now has a total of 13 number ones, tying her only with Michael Jackson and passing Madonna and her good pal Katy Perry along the way – who has achieved 11 number ones.
The single also reached number one in the UK – marking her eighth UK number one.

It also made her the third act ever to the achieve seven number ones in seven consecutive years – Elvis Presley and The Beatles are the only other acts to achieve this.
